At 503 PM MDT, local law enforcement reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain and considerable street flooding over six inches deep over roadways in Brighton. Between 0.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

This includes the following streams and drainages... Box Elder Creek, Third Creek, Horse Creek, Second Creek and South Platte River.
