At 852 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Woodstown to near Hancocks Bridge to near Glasgow, moving southeast at 30 mph. These storms have a history of producing widespread damaging winds across Chester and northern New Castle Counties.
THESE ARE DESTRUCTIVE STORMS FOR southern Salem and western Cumberland Counties in New Jersey, and New Castle and northern Kent Counties in Delaware!
HAZARD...80 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be heavily damaged. Expect considerable damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles. Extensive tree damage and power outages are likely.
