* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.

* WHERE...Guam, Rota, Saipan and Tinian.

* WHEN...Through late Tuesday night.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and isolated thunderstorms from Super Typhoon Bavi continue across the Marianas. Observations across the Marianas indicate 8 to 15 inches of rain have already fallen with additional rainfall expected through Tuesday from Bavi's trailing rain bands.
