The National Weather Service in San Angelo has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for... Southeastern Crockett County in west central Texas... Western Schleicher County in west central Texas...

* Until 100 PM CDT.

* At 1103 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... I-10 Near The Crockett-Sutton County Line, Us-190 Near The Crockett-Sutton County Line and The Intersection Of Highway 163 And Ranch Road 1973.

This includes Interstate 10 between Mile Markers 369 and 379.

This includes the following Low Water Crossings... crossings along SH 163.
