* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1243 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated slow moving thunderstorms with rainfall rates of 1 to 3 inches per hour moving into the area. Minor flooding may begin shortly after the onset of rainfall. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
