* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds have increased across Pohnpei due to Invest 92W. Frequent gusts to around 30 kt will be possible over the coming days as the monsoon surge intensifies over the region. Combined seas are currently between 7 to 9 feet, but will reach 10 feet over the next day. Depending on the movement of Invest 92W, conditions could remain hazardous to small craft through the week.
