* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is ioccurring. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 308 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated between 2 and 4 inches of rain has fallen since this morning. Continued runoff from earlier rains will prolong flooding in the area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Point Pleasant, Ripley, Pomeroy, Racine, Ravenswood, Sissonville, New Haven, Mason, Kenna, Sandyville, Middleport, Syracuse, Hartford City, Henderson, Leon, Cheshire, Evans, Given, Fairplain and Cottageville. - This includes the following highways...
