Southern Doddridge County in northern West Virginia... Northwestern Lewis County in northern West Virginia... East Central Ritchie County in northwestern West Virginia...

* Until 745 AM EDT.

* At 238 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.7 and 1.3 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Burnsville, Flatwoods, Sand Fork, Pullman, Auburn, Linn, Alum Bridge, Baldwin, Troy, Leopold, Stouts Mills, Camden, Grove, Sand Run, Avon, New Milton, Blandville, Heaters and Berea.

This includes Interstate 79 between mile markers 67 and 93.
