* Flash Flood Warning for... Central Washington County in southeastern Ohio... Western Pleasants County in northwestern West Virginia... Northwestern Ritchie County in northwestern West Virginia... Northeastern Wood County in northwestern West Virginia...

* Until 730 AM EDT.

* At 235 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Parkersburg, Marietta, St. Marys, Beverly, Vienna, Williamstown, Belmont, Boaz, Newport, North Hills, Lowell, Waverly, Devola, Willow Island and Schultz.

This includes the following highways... Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 178 and 186. Interstate 77 in Ohio between mile markers 1 and 10.
