South Fork Licking River at Heath.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...South Fork Licking River at Heath.

* WHEN...From this morning to this evening.

* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Some areas of Licking View Drive near Livingston Court are flooded. The soccer and baseball fields of Hobak Park are also flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:15 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 16.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.5 feet this morning. It will then fall below flood stage this afternoon. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
