* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 849 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.75 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will allow minor flooding to persist. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Walker, Dewitt, Barnyard, Scalf, Old Flat Lick, Salt Gum, Flat Lick, Baughman, Himyar, Bimble, Mills, Erose, Avis, Artemus, Brush Creek and Elys.
