Flood Warning

...The National Weather Service in Chicago IL has issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Illinois...

East Branch Du Page River at Bolingbrook affecting Will and DuPage Counties.

* WHAT...At least minor flooding is forecasted to occur.

* WHERE...East Branch Du Page River from Maple Avenue in Lisle downstream to confluence with West Branch DuPage River, including the Bolingbrook gauge.

* WHEN...From this afternoon to early Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, DuPage River Greenway Trail is threatened east of the river near Royce Road in Bolingbrook. Trails threatened at Green Valley Forest Preserve near Woodridge.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:40 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 19.6 feet and quickly rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to continue rising into at least Minor flood stage this evening. - Flood stage is 20.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
