At 1125 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that heavy rain has exited the area, leaving only light rainfall. However, localized flooding may be occurring as runoff from heavy rain falling since 9 PM collects in local creeks and rivers, potentially pushing them out of their banks and onto nearby roadways.
