* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall.
* WHERE...Portions of central and east central Illinois, including the following counties, in central Illinois, De Witt, Logan, Macon and Piatt. In east central Illinois, Clark, Coles, Cumberland, Douglas, Edgar and Moultrie.
* WHEN...Until 4 PM CDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Heavy rain of 3 to 6 inches has occurred over the last 24 hours in an area from Bloomington ton Danville, southward through Mattoon to near I-70. Additional heavy rain of 1 to 2 inches is expected through the morning, with locally heavier totals.
