* Flash Flood Warning for... Howard County in central Indiana... Tipton County in central Indiana...

* Until 1030 PM EDT Wednesday.

* At 401 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding.
