* Flash Flood Warning for... South Central Garfield County in southern Utah... Northeastern Kane County in southern Utah...

* Until 745 PM MDT.

* At 246 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across primarily Brimhall Natural Bridge near Halls Creek. Water will continue to flow downstream through Halls Creek Narrows down to Lake Powell. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks, streams, slot canyons, and normally dry washes.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Brimhall Natural Bridge near Halls Creek, with water continuing to flow down Halls Creek into Halls Creek Narrows and down to Lake Powell.
