* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:15 AM CDT Friday the stage was 21.6 feet. - Bankfull stage is 22.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tonight to a crest of 33.6 feet early Sunday afternoon.
