At 518 AM HST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain over Oahu with additional bands of heavy rain expected to move in over the next few hours. Rain was falling at a rate of 1 to 3 inches per hour. Local streams such as Manoa is showing record stream flow and is likely causing considerable impacts.
