* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of central and east central Illinois, including the following counties, in central Illinois, De Witt, Logan, Macon and Piatt. In east central Illinois, Champaign, Clark, Coles, Cumberland, Douglas, Edgar, Moultrie and Vermilion.
* WHEN...Until 4 PM CDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rainfall of 3 to 6 inches has fallen over east central Illinois since Thursday afternoon. While additional rainfall this afternoon will be much lighter, a number of areas continue to experience lingering flooding.
