* WHERE...Northeastern Cochise County in southeastern Arizona... Southeastern Graham County in southeastern Arizona... Southern Greenlee County in southeastern Arizona...

* WHEN...Until 300 AM MST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 857 PM MST, Widespread flooding is ongoing in the warned area. Between 1 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen from earlier rain. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Safford, Clifton, Solomon, Morenci, San Jose, Safford Regional Airport, Roper Lake State Park, Duncan, York, Franklin, Guthrie, Three Way and Swift Trail Junction. - This includes the following highways... Route 78 between mile markers 155 and 174. Route 191 between mile markers 93 and 115...and between mile markers 131 and 176. Route 75 between mile markers 379 and 398. Route 70 between mile markers 342 and 385. Route 266 between mile markers 105 and 113.
