.Major river flooding is expected. Heavy rainfall of three to well over six inches overnight and continued rainfall today and tonight will bring major flooding to area waterways, including the Big Blue River at Shelbyville. Other areas such as the Driftwood near Edinburgh should expect significant flooding as well. At the current time, further downstream locations on the East Fork White can expect minor lowland flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 19.5 feet, Maximum good reading before wellhouse is flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:45 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 9.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 19.4 feet tomorrow evening.
