* WHAT...Large breaking waves of 7 to 10 feet and dangerous rip currents.

* WHERE...West-facing reefs of the Marianas.

* WHEN...For the High Surf Advisory, until 5 AM ChST Tuesday. For the High Rip Current Risk, through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and localized beach erosion. Rip currents can sweep even the best swimmers away from shore into deeper water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Significant southwesterly swell driven by the monsoon pattern and Tropical Depression 19W, well north- northwest of Yap, is producing hazardous surf and dangerous rip currents along west-facing reefs through tonight.
