* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Southwestern Cochise County in southeastern Arizona...

* WHEN...Until 1000 PM MST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 701 PM MST, Earlier heavy rain is still draining, which may result in minor flooding for low water crossings and flood prone areas. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Sierra Vista, Hereford, Fort Huachuca, Palominas, Coronado National Memorial and Ramsey Canyon Preserve. - This includes the following highways... Route 90 between mile markers 324 and 336. Route 80 between mile markers 328 and 335. Route 92 between mile markers 323 and 345.
