* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Northwestern Cochise County in southeastern Arizona... Southwestern Graham County in southeastern Arizona... East Central Pima County in southeastern Arizona...

* WHEN...Until 1215 AM MST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry washes. Some low-water crossings may become impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 619 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms from earlier today. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Tucson, Sahuarita, Green Valley, Vail, Corona De Tucson, East Sahuarita, Saguaro National Park East, Summit, Rita Ranch, Mescal and Cascabel. - This includes the following highways...
