* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1205 PM CDT, various rainfall observations, automated river gauges, and ground-truth reports from observers indicated that at least 3 to 7 inches of rain had fallen within the area over the last 24 to 48 hours, resulting in continued minor flooding along area creeks and rivers, and some rural roads. In most places, water levels should continue to very slowly recede through the rest of today, as water increasingly drains into more mainstem rivers such as the Solomon River. As a result, the Solomon River itself is covered by separate Flood Warnings.
