* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Northwestern Cochise County in southeastern Arizona... Southwestern Graham County in southeastern Arizona... Northeastern Pima County in southeastern Arizona... Southeastern Pinal County in southeastern Arizona...

* WHEN...Until 1115 PM MST.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 859 PM MST, Widespread flooding is ongoing in the warned area. Flow has been observed in washes and creeks in the warned area. Between 1 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen from earlier rain. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Catalina, Oro Valley, Marana, Oracle, Casas Adobes, Saddlebrooke, San Manuel, Saddlebrooke Ranch, Tortolita, Mount Lemmon/Summerhaven, Catalina State Park, Catalina Foothills, Campo Bonito, Biosphere 2, Oracle Junction, Redington and Dove Mountain. - This includes the following highways... Route 79 between mile markers 92 and 94. Route 77 between mile markers 73 and 101. Interstate 10 between mile markers 243 and 249.
