Flood Advisory

* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Northeastern Guam...from Dededo north to Andersen AFB...and along and east of Marine Corps Drive.

* WHEN...Until 445 PM ChST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. Rises in small streams.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 346 PM ChST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.4 and 0.8 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.6 to 1.4 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Dededo, Yigo and Andersen AFB. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
