Details
At 451 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located over Ogden, or near Wrightsville Beach, moving northeast at 10 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Broadcast media reported funnel in the area along Military Cutoff Road in Wilmington.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely.
This dangerous storm will be near... Figure Eight Island, Bayshore, Murrayville, Ogden, and Porters Neck around 455 PM EDT.
