* Until 915 PM CDT.

* At 419 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing rainfall rates of up to 2 to 3 inches per hour overspreading the warned area. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly after the onset of heavy rainfall.
