* At 435 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing rainfall rates of up to 3 inches per hour across the warned area. Additional rainfall amounts up to 3 inches or more are possible in the warned area. Significant flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Significant flash flooding.
