* Until 815 PM CDT.

* At 324 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing rainfall rates of up to 3 inches per hour. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly after the onset of rainfall.

HAZARD...Flash flooding.

IMPACT...Rapid-onset flooding of creeks, streams, drainage ditches, streets, underpasses, low-lying areas, and other poor drainage areas.
