Forecast Bar has four shortcuts you can customize — one of them global, working from any app — plus a full set of built-in keys for driving the app without the mouse.
Customizable shortcuts
Set these in Settings → General → Keyboard Shortcuts:

Recording, clearing, and resetting
- Record: click a shortcut field, then press your key combination. Press ESC to cancel recording.
- Shortcuts need at least one modifier key (⌘, ⌥, ⌃, or ⇧) — except the function keys F1–F20, which can stand alone.
- Clear: click the × next to a shortcut to remove it entirely; a cleared shortcut stays cleared.
- Reset to Defaults restores all four to the table above.
- View All Keyboard Shortcuts opens a reference sheet listing every shortcut in the app.
Built-in shortcuts
These are fixed. Except for the global panel toggle, shortcuts work while a Forecast Bar window (the panel, the dock window, or Settings) is open.

Text size adjusts in steps from −3 to +3 around the standard size.
Tip: ESC closes the weather panel — or, if you've detached it into a floating window, re-docks it to the menu bar. ⌘W closes the data-point details popover.
